The Houndstooth Fabric reminds me of the 80's: classic, original, androgynous and preppy. It is a old school textile that was re-introduced during the Fall/ Winter Collection 2013 from a lot of designers. Now you can find it in a lot of stores (e.i. Macy's, Nordstrom…).

Also you can easily create a fresh and feminine look with this vintage textile . To me, it is such a glamorous vogue for the winter. You can associate it with warm or cold colors depending of your mood. You can create a rock star look as well as a classy and modern one. It is one of the few fabrics that you can wear with any colors. If you are not into spending a lot of money on high fashion like me, search for vintage shops for the unique pieces that almost nobody has or just wait for any big sales in stores or shop for your bargain online. It is good to be trendy while saving money.
